Dr. Piryani is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and the Subspecialty of Pain Management. He provides diagnosis and treatment of spinal pain and related disorders.

Dr. Piryani completed a two-year residency program in Internal Medicine at Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois. He also completed a three year residency program in Clinical Anesthesia and Pain Management and a one year fellowship in Pain Management at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. While at Cook County Hospital he was Chief Resident and named Resident of the Year for 1997-98.

Dr. Piryani has conducted research in the field of Pain Management and has presented at professional conferences in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Piryani is on staff at the Dickinson County Healthcare System in Iron Mountain, Michigan. He practices in Niagara and is currently accepting new patients.
