Dr. Liao completed a three year residency in Anesthesia at the Huron Hospital—Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland, Ohio, where she served as Chief Resident from January 1999 until June 1999. Dr. Liao also completed a Pain Management Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Liao is on staff at the Dickinson County Healthcare System in Iron Mountain, Michigan. She practices in Niagara and is currently accepting new patients.
