Having earned his medical degree at Mysore Medical College in 1996, completed his residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the Montefiore Medical Center in 2007, and a fellowship in the subspecialty of Invasive Spine Care and Sports Medicine Injuries at Michigan Sports & Spine, PC in 2008, Dr. Jollu is extremely current and well trained in the most modern practices available. Dr. Jollu also brings an array of specialty services to Pain Diagnostics Associates. He can provide EMG/NCS, IME, occupational medicine, prosthetics & orthotics, as well as interventional pain management.
When not practicing, Dr. Jollu enjoys playing tennis and traveling. He has been a welcome addition to our physician staff, and his courteous and friendly nature has made our many patients feel right at home. Dr. Jollu practices in our Niagara, Oshkosh, and Oconto Falls clinics and is currently accepting new patients.
Katherine Liao, M.D.
Interventional Pain Specialist
Dr. Liao is one of our finest physicians on staff at Pain Diagnostics Associates. Her professionalism is the result of extensive training. Dr. Liao completed a three-year residency in Anesthesia at the Huron Hospital-Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland, OH. It was here that she served as Chief Resident from January 1999 until June 1999. She also completed a Pain Management fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
The Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin are fortunate to have Dr. Liao as one of our practicing physicians. Her services are offered throughout the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in Marquette, L’Anse and Escanaba as well as at our clinic in Niagara, Wisconsin. We are grateful for the assistance and insight she has provided, and she is currently accepting new patients.
Chandur Piryani, M.D.
Interventional Pain Specialist

Pain Diagnostics Associates is proud to have Dr. Piryani on our physician staff. Practicing mainly in our Mequon, WI clinic and occasionally in Niagara, he brings a great amount of knowledge and experience to our patients.
Dr. Piryani is Board Certified in Anestheiology and the subspecialty of Pain Management. He provides diagnosis and treatment of spinal pain and related disorders. Dr. Piryani completed a two-year residency program in Internal Medicine at Rush Medical College in Chicago, a three-year residency in Clinical Anesthesia and Pain Management, and a one-year fellowship in Pain Management at Cook County Hospital. While at Cook County Hospital of Chicago, Dr. Piryani was named Chief Resident and Resident of the Year for 1997-1998. He has shared his knowledge and research with other colleagues through presentations at professional conferences in Minneapolis and Chicago.
Our Mequon clinic is pleased to have Dr. Piryani as a consistent presence, as his professionalism is exceptional. His understanding and thoughtful demeanor is appreciated by staff and patients alike. Dr. Piryani is currently accepting new patients.
Vijay Singh, M.D.
Vijay Singh, MD is the Medical Director of Pain Diagnostics Associates and the Niagara Health Center (Ambulatory Surgery Center), located in Niagara, Wisconsin, providing interventional pain management services to the Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin area since 1989.
Gordon Mortensen, M.D.
For the past 10 years, Dr. Mortensen has been active in the St. Luke's Pain Management Center and served as its Medical Director from 1995 to 1999. Currently, he is the Medical Director of the Associated Surgical and Medical Specialists Ambulatory Surgery Center in Franklin, Wisconsin.
Steven Santino, MD, PhD
Physiatrist Steven G. Santino, MD received his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1998, and completed a one year internship at Forrest Park Hospital in 1999. This was followed by his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Washington University, completed in 2002. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Santino’s education is well-rounded, as he also holds a PhD in chemistry. This foundation has seamlessly transferred over to the practice of complementary medicine including: herbals, nutritional supplements, aromatherapy, dietary recommendations, and acupuncture. His unique background and understanding of both holistic and Western medicine contribute to his multidisciplinary approach.
Dr. Santino’s primary goal is to achieve maximum restoration of function and wellness through comprehensive therapies. He holds a strong belief that each patient’s situation should be examined on an individual basis to determine the best treatment options.
When not practicing, Dr. Santino enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, bowling, camping, and has an interest in private aviation. He is dedicated to helping worker’s compensation cases and is currently accepting new patients.
